{"id":1036,"date":"2026-03-07T00:01:29","date_gmt":"2026-03-07T00:01:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shahvand.org\/en\/?p=1036"},"modified":"2026-03-09T08:08:47","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T08:08:47","slug":"statement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shahvand.org\/en\/statement\/","title":{"rendered":"Statement of the Shahvand Think Tank"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Over the past three years, a series of strategic analyses and frameworks regarding the path of transition,<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>from the Islamic Republic have been developed, aimed at transforming dispersed protests into an effective political strategy capable of changing the structure of power in Iran. From initiating and promoting the \u201c<strong>Javid Shah<\/strong>\u201d campaign and the \u201c<strong>Pahlavi Leader<\/strong>\u201d campaign, to advancing concepts such as \u201cminimal organization,\u201d the formation of small and flexible networks in the form of three-to-five-person \u201cJavidan Guard\u201d groups, and focusing on pressure points in the capital as practical tools for accelerating political collapse. In addition, the political and strategic slogan \u201c<strong>Shah, Homeland, Freedom<\/strong>\u201d was proposed as an identity-based and mobilizing axis for Iran\u2019s national revolution.<\/p>\n<p>The Shahvand Think Tank continues to place its analytical capacities at the service of the monarchical framework and the victory of the Lion and Sun revolution. However, under current circumstances it is necessary to reiterate a serious warning. One year ago, the Shahvand Think Tank cautioned about a scenario whose signs have now become more visible: attempts to reconfigure the Islamic Republic by transforming it into an \u201cIranian Republic\u201d with the support and involvement of certain foreign actors. In practice, such a scenario would amount to a superficial change in the structure of power while preserving the core of the existing system, thereby diverting the course of a genuine transition.<\/p>\n<p>Preventing this outcome requires elevating leadership into a minimal state structure capable of managing the transition phase. This step can only be realized through the initiative of Iran\u2019s opposition leader, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi. The introduction of a minimal transitional government structure \u2014 including a government spokesperson and caretakers for key ministries such as Health, Education, Economy, Foreign Affairs, and Defense \u2014 can represent the first step in moving the transition plan from concept to political action.<\/p>\n<p>Such a structure would strengthen public confidence inside the country while also enabling gradual engagement and recognition of this transitional authority by international actors.
