However, not only did Iran and Iranianness not disappear, but from the heart of harsh and primitive Islam, mysticism was born that brought a meaningful and profound culture. This mystical culture reached its peak in Iran and reflects the wisdom and insight of the Iranians. Iranian mysticism has deep roots in the ancient traditions of this land, especially in Mithraism, Zoroastrianism, and Khosravi. By preserving and continuing some of their cultural and traditional elements, Iranians were able to maintain the dynamism and permanence of Iran.<\/p>\n<p>Figures such as Ferdowsi, Saadi, Rumi, Hafez, Khayyam and Suhrawardi have brought Iranian literature and culture to the peak with their lasting works and introduced the great concepts of this culture to the world in various forms.<\/p>\n<p>The Islamic Republic also failed to destroy Iran and Iranian identity by using red and black terrorism.
