Realizing this vision will mark the beginning of a national renaissance and the flourishing of Iran<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>\n This strategic slogan was introduced at the end of 2581 Imperial Year (2023 CE)<\/b><\/strong>, a time when transition away from the oppressive structure of the Islamic Republic had become an unavoidable necessity. Iran\u2019s millennia-old royal heritage should not remain only as a historical symbol, but must transform into a governing and unifying institution<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0founded on modern secular democracy, inspiring a new national purpose. Such a structure can restore national pride, strengthen a shared sense of purpose, and guarantee the individual rights of all citizens<\/b><\/strong>, enabling every Iranian to thrive.<\/p>\n During the Pahlavi era, the culture of patriotism was embodied in the slogan \u201cGod, <\/i><\/em>Shah<\/i><\/em>, Homeland.\u201d<\/i><\/em>\u00a0After the fall of the Islamic Republic and during the transitional period, if monarchy is chosen through referendum, this slogan will evolve into \u201c<\/i><\/em>Shah<\/i><\/em>, Homeland, Freedom\u201d<\/i><\/em>\u00a0with an emphasis on secularism.<\/p>\n Failing to present the genuine demands of the Iranian people in an acceptable framework damages the revolutionary process and allows opportunities for the regime to reinvent itself. Unfortunately, many existing political groups are unaware of the crucial relationship between \u201cform and content,\u201d and only a few professional analysts are able to offer effective strategies. Under such conditions, the vague concept of a \u201ctransitional government\u201d alone cannot provide the necessary driving force to overthrow the Islamic Republic and bring about fundamental change.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The immediate and decisive formation of a Provisional Monarchical Government<\/b><\/strong>, based on the principles of the Constitutional Law, is essential. This step would provide a practical and decisive way to overcome the current crisis, facilitate the overthrow of the Islamic Republic, and establish a clear roadmap to move beyond national chaos.<\/p>\n This transformation is only possible through a scientific, structured, and practice-based program<\/b><\/strong>. This is a test of legitimacy and effectiveness for political forces, since in times of crisis, society entrusts its fate to the force that can provide security, basic services, and a clear direction for the future.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n Prince Reza Pahlavi<\/strong> holds two positions:<\/p>\n Legal Status: Iran’s legal monarch<\/strong> He can appoint a Prime Minister to form a cabinet for a provisional government. The provisional nature of this government would itself lay the groundwork for a referendum.<\/p>\n To prevent a power vacuum during the interregnum, the \u201cShah\u2013Homeland\u2013Freedom\u201d Project<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0proposes the creation of a Senate in Exile<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>\n According to the Constitutional Law, the Prime Minister is appointed by the Shah. They may serve as temporary governors<\/b><\/strong>, overseeing the interregnum and ensuring transparent referendums and elections for the Constituent Assembly.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Political victory cannot be achieved solely through historical legitimacy and slogans \u2014 it requires theoretical and practical philosophy, innovative strategy, and structural and organizational readiness<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>\n We must not lose the chance, at this historical turning point, to return to Iran\u2019s 2,500-year-old identity.<\/p>\n The sensitive situation in Iran highlights the importance of having a clear and agreed-upon structure for the transitional period after the Islamic Republic. The proposed model involves forming a temporary government and a temporary Senate in exile to break the political deadlock and prevent chaos. These institutions, tasked with facilitating the transition to a democratic system, will temporarily approve key principles such as popular sovereignty and secularism.<\/p>\n Ultimately, a referendum will be held to determine the system (Pahlavi monarchy or republic), followed by the election of a Constituent Assembly to draft a new constitution.
